A nice Bench PR, I guess... at this point I will take what I can get. A couple weeks ago I had the same set up with the Red Elitefts shoulder saver and elitefts mini bands.

I felt really good. My plan is to use this variation every 3rd week and keep hitting 5lb PRs as long as I can. I'm hoping this will help me get used to feeling heavier weights in my hands.
