- Getting tight BEFORE taking the bar out where I was trying to do that as I was taking the bar out prior to today.
- Working on breathing into the chest not the belly- to help me meet the bar with my chest. Before all of the air was in my belly and I had no pressure to keep the bar from sinking on chest.
- Working on controlling the eccentric and meeting the bar.
