Bench training has been my favourite lately because its what I need the most work on. Today I think I finally felt what I need to do, see Bob and Molly there is still hope for this old bird !

Wasn't feeling the squats today, my right bicep tendon is still acting up.

GHR   (hooked on these, love how big my hamstrings get using this machnie)

20 superset with 20 abs, 5 sec hold 5 sit ups for 20 repeat x 4 rounds

I played around with a few light deadlifts with some static holds below the knees, it was over 100 degrees in the gym and I still had to teach kettlebells so down to the kettlebell studio we went.
