Bench Training - 5/25/2019

Gearing up for an RPS meet July 27th in Orlando, Fl
I'm 27 years old, painfully Canadian, and compete in the 132lb class (ranked 18th in 2018).
Following the M2 Method with coach Brian Schwab
Current BW (5/25/2019) - 136lbs
Last book read - Chasing Excellence by Ben Bergeron
Currently reading -Relentless by Tim Grover


Again, slowly getting back into benching. This was my first time using my normal competition grip, and it was a good test of where I'm at recovery-wise. It's safe to say that the pain is almost completely gone, and I have no issues during training sessions. I'm doing just about everything I can to help speed things along and get back to 100% as quickly as possible.
