Bench is and has been the biggest learning curve. Other than overload training being possibly beneficial to my raw bench, cues and motor patterns are different. Flaring the elbows to drive the bar towards my face is a transition I am still learning. Where the bar hits and bar path have not been consistent and, in general, I did not spend enough time in a shirt.

Dave Kirschen set the tone for training and thankful for him. After finding a better shirt, groove was more comfortable and less resistant. Shoutout to Lily for giving me her hand-me-downs. I ordered a shirt too big and she saved my ass.

Each 235 failed attempt was right off the chest or hard to lockout. I hammered every extension accessory possible and will continue to do so. Bench will help my bench. Consistency will help it improve. Extensions will get me jacked.
