I'm not really close to a meet so, I've been trying to do a lot more hypertrophy work. I'm trying to get my bodyweight up. I typically sit just under 220 and put on a few pounds as I get close to a meet. I'm am going to try to get above 225 and put on a few lbs the 10 weeks out from a meet.
