I used the elitefts shoulder saver and elitefts mini bands doubled over for all of my sets.

Bench Press:
135x5
185x5 x 2 sets
225x5 x 2 sets
275x5 x 2 sets
315x5 x 1 set

225x20 close grip (as shown in video)

Accessory work:
DB Tri Skull crusher 3x10
DB Tri rollbacks 3x10

Banded Tri Push downs 2x40

For not a lot it of work it was a great workout. I felt good but could definitely tell I had a good workout as I walked out the door.
