Technique training, Slight speed work.

Life is a little upside down at the moment , trying to get my mind right and  injuries settled before I take on a big training program.

I can not wait to get a good training rhythm back.

  • Push UPS 4x15
  • Cable fly's 4x20
  • tricep rope cable extensions 4x20
  • Straight bar skull crushers 4x12
  • DB overhead tricep extension 4x10
  • Rope face pulls 4x15

Good training session focus was there and blood volume was intense.
