This past Monday was a holiday in Canada. After spending the weekend at the farm, Mark and I headed straight to the gym to meet our training group for some fun bench training.  It was a pretty great training session. I had 200 for 6-8 reps programmed for 2 sets and got 8 on the first set, and 7 on the second. I love rep PRs so I was really happy about that.
