Made the trip to London to bench on sunday. I was a little sore from benching Thursday and all the pullups Friday after I deadlifted, but I had no plans on sunday and can't pass up the chance to train at Eltiefts, especially lately, it has been a great crew to train with up there.

Everything was pretty easy and moved well. My bicep tendonitis that had been bugging me lately was fine. I'll be excited to test in a few weeks and see where i'm at.

Accessory work:
Chest supported cambered bar rows 3x15 @135lbs, 2x10 at 185lbs, 1x8 at 225lbs 1x5 at 245lbs
Cambered bar bench press- I've had some pec issues over the years, so this made me a little nervous, but we stayed light and controlled and I felt great afterwards.
