Another great workout at the at Elitefts. We had a great crew and a great workout. I benched with Ted Toalston, Jessica Bowerstock and JD. We warmed up to 185 bar weight and started adding chains, up to 7 per side. Then went back to adding weight to the bar.

We benched with the new Elitefts power bar. The knurling on it was awesome if you like really aggressive knurl.

Bench- warmed up to 185 bar weight
added 1 chain per side for sets of 3 up to 7 chains per side. All sets of 3
Next set we added 50 lbs bar weight x2 reps
-Added 40 lbs bar weight x 1 rep
-Added 20 lbs bar weight x 1 rep

They weren't that bad, my last one I got a little to excited and lost a little tension, which you can see in the video. My bench has been doing pretty well lately, I was happy with these last couple reps felt.
