Got invited to come up to Westside Barbell to do some max effort bench work. Too good of an opportunity to turn down. It was only the second time I've benched in the past month or two due to a pec strain.

We used the multi grip angled bar and benched to 2 foam pads.

I had a little more in the tank but didn't want to set my self back pushing it too far to fast after my pec issue. A couple other guys in my group hit 475x1 pretty easy.

Hoff was also benching in there and hit a pretty easy 600 to I believe a two board for two easy reps. It was pretty cool to see in person.

Accessory work:
Strip the rack JM Press 3x10
Face pulls on the lat pulldown 3x20
Chest supported rows 3x20

It was the third time I've trained there and it is always awesome to in that environment with people like that.
