I was feeling pretty decent and was planning on getting in some volume tonight.
I spent about 12-15 min warming up with some pull ups, band pull aparts, pushups and shoulders.

All things considered I felt great. My bodyweight isn't going the direction I want it, but my strength is going up. I compete at 220 and I currently weigh 215ish.
