Monday was my final real bench day of the training cycle.
Since I didn't want to go super heavy, I did sets of 5 on the floor press, looking to get up to about 315 in bar weight.

The first couple of reps with the 315 were clean, but the third was ugly. Just got out of groove, so I racked it.
If I didn't have the meet in two weeks, I probably would have given it another shot, but the reason the set sucked in the first place was that I'm still a little beat up from all the shirt work, and I need to recover more than anything else.
Finished with 10 sets of 10 lat pull downs and cable triceps extensions.
Although I've had a couple of crap bench sessions in the last month, I'm actually feeling pretty confident. My bodyweight is at an all time high at 222 (PR!) and I've been feeling very strong on my lower body lifts. The extra bodyweight should help me fill out the prototype King Bencher, and the rest from here on in will let my arms and shoulders heal up enough to bench for a good total, if not a pr.
