There is a master plan brewing right now. There have been some changes and more are coming. The plan will cover competition plans, nutrition and training. I am just not ready to talk about it just yet until everything is plugged in and ready to go.

Something exciting happened this morning. Mattie and one of his training partners also trained while I was finishing up. It was nice to have that extra energy and motivation to hurry up and get moving much quicker than normal. I hear this may be a regular thing and am not sure how I feel about having my easy listening, morning radio scrutinized on a regular basis.
