Riding has been a new found love for me, from long rides (30 miles) to single track trails with trees, bumps, and jumps it just soothes me.

I think people grow up and get away from how great riding a bike is, we all spent our childhood cruising the blocks on our 20 in BMX bikes.

Lowering stress, lowering my blood pressure and getting some body fat off all by taking a bike ride, sounds like a no-brainer. I don't care if you're 100 lbs or 400 lbs you can get on a bike, and you'll be surprised what it can do for your work capacity, I'm learning that so many other gpp style workouts will help me get stronger.
