Last Monday was a shirted board press day.

I really wanted to hold some weight in my hands, and was hoping to get to something in the 700 range. Turned out to be a pretty good day!

Warmed up then went:

Stayed on 2 board from here on out

Pretty happy with this, but I can feel myself starting to get beat up. Looking forward to finishing out the cycle!
