We are currently wrapping up the second semester of our Bobcat BarBelles Women's Strength Training Program at Ohio University, where I'm the Fitness Director. The program centers around teaching the core barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press) and building self-esteem and confidence in the weight room. It has been a great experience so far, and I look forward to building the program into the future! Below is a short video the University's News Station did on the program:
