Training

Day two ensued and I kept up pretty good until we did calves, oh hell,  that's like the first exercise cluster .... ok, so I didn't do well. Abduction was fine cause we do it all the time but adduction and the calves lite me up and were with me the entire rest of training. Still liking the abs on the front end as they are constantly being worked throughout the exercise selection during training, makes things spicey. In all seriousness, this session was much more "do-able" compared to the last session with that awful HIIT at the end.

ABS: Modified Dead Bugs 4 x max

100 reps on everything
A1) Abductors
A2) Adductors
A3) Calf rasies

Weighted side to side lunges

Sissy Squats Modified (Julias IG)

Banded Goblet Low Box Squat

HIIT SUPERSET: Do not take a break between exercises. Take

60 second

break between rounds. Do 4 TO 5 rounds OR 12 minutes.

A2) Heavy backward prowlers
