I am getting into the bodybuilding training again, I still hate how hard my heart pounds on AMRAP sets, and I still hate the endless burn that you are supposed to push through. So basically I'm "accepting it" but still hate it, lol. I do not usually overhead press during strength training so today felt super awkward but I was pleased with the end result. Got a great pump today, not stoked by how much I ended up cheating on cable lateral raises, need to drop the ego and really learn to focus and isolate the muscle being worked
