I got a great pump but started out rough. I compensate BAD when going overhead with a massive arch in my back and my pelvis tilts hard! Well, we found out today sitting down does not make this any easier nor does it help my terrible positioning. Enjoy my struggle bus pressing with a measly 190lbs. Glad we do not have OH in a powerlifting competition or I would be in trouble, name of the game now is hypertrophy and we got some good work in today
