Training has been a minimum the last 8 days. Really non-existent. Either my body was shutting down or I caught the stomach flu. I didn't have an appetite and the site of food made me nauseous. I kept sleeping it off and therefore, not hydrating properly. It was a vicious cycle. My eye site also got blurry. Needless to say, I'm getting full blood work done next week:
1. Because why not, it's good to know what's going on
2. My body has been doing some funky things in the last few months and time to take action
I will share my results when they come.
Easing into training and started it off with CJ.
Lower Body
1a. Suitcase Deads 2 x 5, 3 x 3 (5 total sets)
1b. Slam to Rotation med throws 5 x 3
1c. Slam to Granny 5 x 5
Mobility 5 x 3-5 (you can pick any mobility exercise and all can be different or same)
Upper Body
a. Landmime Rows 3 x 10 each side
b. Incline Single Arm Fatbell Presses 3 x 8
1. Dball to box carries x 10
2. Ropes x 30 seconds
3. Trap Carry 2 x down and back
Sequence: a + 1, a +2, a+3
Sequence: b +1, b+2, b+3
