I am always trying to mix things up for my Outlaw Kettlebell Team. If we are not training for a competition I try my best to keep training full body, metabolic conditioning and strength. Most important is to keep it fun and interesting so they keep coming back and never give up.
Tonight we did 90 second stations, these are the moves we did resting less than a minute between sets.

5 Pushups on bells, triceps, deadlift circuit
Swing Squats
Ring Pull ups
Box step ups with bells in hands
Heavy Bell Swing
Seated Double Press
Double Bears (Clean/Squat/Press/Press/Squat)
Dead Bugs
Situps with Bells Overhead
Battling Ropes Holding the squat position
Double Snatches
Walkouts of Death
Squat Thrusters
Sumo Deadlifts
Double Swinging Side Rows Superset with Double Swings
Planks
The ladies were tired tonight, the hour went super fast and a good workout was had by all.
