9 am Saturday squat day with a small crew today. My main focus was to help Jamie get his squats in. Jamie is 4 weeks out from his meet and his training is going fantastic.

I'm on off season right now and really enjoying it so far.

Training took longer than anticipated and I did a dumb thing like not eat first so I called it here and did not finish what was in my program. You gotta listen to your body some days.
