After you've heard me vent and sap over things that have been causing stress in my life, I explained the next step was to actively do something towards improving it.

And sometimes it's the little things like a new eating regimen - gives you structure and a goal to work towards.

I've teamed up with my old Idolmaker gym buddies, Kristian and Sharpie, to help with my diet. My goal is not necessarily to lose weight but to improve performance and decrease fat/increase muscle mass. I have officially started on Monday and looking forward to weekly results. They have me on a regimen that includes weekly progress pics and bi-weekly weigh-ins and body fat analysis (using a caliper).

My eating is programmed around my training days and non-training days varying in caloric, fat, carbs, and protein intake ranging from:

154-166g of protein a day

102-131g of carbs a day

25-36g of fat a day

1266-1505 calories a day
