Even though it has been 2 years since surgery , I'm still battling the deficits. I need activation, growth and stabilization. Single leg squats are done weekly.
Training session:
- Warm up - 5 min bike
- Front squats 5 sets
- Single leg squats 4 sets
- Stiff dead lift 4 sets
- Leg curls 4 sets
- Leg extensions 4 sets
10 min stepmill
Ab work: 100 weighted crunches
10min stretch
