Getting back under the straight bar, trying to get my shoulder to co-operate. I felt good today, and a huge P.R. for my training partner. The last time Carri did squats with me she only could squat 106 Lbs, today she did an easy 166 Lbs and that wasn't her max. So happy to see improvements like this.
