I used the rackable cambered bar vs elitefts light bands for all my sets. I planned on speed work with 315 + light bands for 10x3. I used kilo plates and a bunch of change plates and didn't take the time to add them up, and didn't take in to account the cambered bar is more that 45lbs, my working weight was over 400 lbs + the band tension. I suck at box squats so the last of the 10 sets were pretty tough on me.

I hit my 10x3. I've been trying to box squat every other week to work on sitting back in my squat and using my hamstrings more. I'm a quad dominant squatter and I know if I want to make some real progress I need to get better from a technical stand point.

Accessory work:
5x10 glute ham raise - barely got these bc my hamstrings were already smoked from actually sitting back in my squats

1 min front plank in between sets

Nothing crazy in this workout, but I feel like I will get a lot better if I keep this up.
