Squats are becoming my least favorite lift, once again. My whole set-up isn't coming together and I'm having trouble maintaining tightness under the bar. Old habits die hard so my focus for the next few months is to dial everything in so I'm confident coming into my meet in December.

Warm up - light leg presses (changing stance for sets of 10)

Cambered Bar Box Squats against bands - 205lbs 5 x 3

Low box half squats up (target quads) - 4 x 10

Spoto Presses (feet up) - 95lbs for 5 x 5
