Trained at The Strength Lab with probably the biggest group or regulars in the powerlifting crew we've had, 9 lifters. We squatted with the rackable cambered bar out of the monolift. I'm really liking this bar and will continue to use it to build my deadlift.

The 5 plates was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, but with the big group I was already behind.

Accessory work: I skipped most of it bc I was already behind and I want to pull something decent on Thursday.
In the mean time I need to decide between doing the Deadlift only competition or the full XPC meet at the Arnold.
