We've got a great crew training right now at my gym, The Strength Lab. Everyone from veteran lifters with pro/elite totals to new comers looking to do their first meet. Two of our lifters are competing in the next few weeks and on track to hit some big PR's. Everyone has really been training hard, which makes for a great environment to lift in.

Last night we worked up to heavy singles with the Elitefts Rackable Cambered Bar.

My warmup and working sets looked like this:

bar x 10
1 plate x5
2 plates x 5
2 plates/25 x5
3 plates x 3
3 plates/ 25 x3
4 plates x 2
4 plates/25 x1
5 plates x 1
5 plates/25 x1 (565 lbs - 65lb bar)

I felt pretty good on the last couple sets and probably should have taken one more. I've decided that I am going to deadlift only at the Arnold Classic again in the 21 Deadlift Salute, so in a couple of weeks I will really start ramping up my training for that. Here's the vid of my top set:

Accessory work:
2x10 cambered bar good mornings @ 225 lbs
2x15 hanging leg raises
