Soooo.... After heavy debate and consideration. I am fat and out of shape lol. These past few months have been great. No scale, no shakes, no supplements, and no care my general well being. It's been nice but reality hit me when I had to dig deep into the closet today for my fat guy slacks and it took 3 dress shirts to find one that I could tuck in and keep in while breathing. Cardio is back. yay
treadmill
30 minutes at 3.5 speed. This took an eternity and when I stepped off to go get my disinfecting rag I felt like I was walking on air. Not that exercise high but that oh my I may pass out high. Hr stayed at 110 though so I wasn't flat lining. My heart was just to lazy to speed up.
