Indoor Track

3 40 yard sprints follows by one cool down lap

Panting was not a good word for this. More like generally concerned for my heart lol. It was good to feel that though.

I stretched the legs and caught my breath while I waited for john to show up.

John showed up and we hit the weights

Hammer high row

4 warm up sets of to 2 max sets of 8-10 with 4.5 plates per side

Lat pull downs

4 sets of 10 with wide grip and long stretch

Reverse peck deck

4 sets of 10-12

Machine curl

4 sets of 10-12

Done.

Great workout with the cardio first. I actually felt like I trained today. Prior to the gym I learned the bass ones to the god that failed by Metallica. Solid morning today.
