NOT like I used to be and from experience my body has built more muscle and felt better from not over doing cardio. The past yr I have alternated from 3 10 min sprint sessions and 2 20 min slower session weekly.
Earlier in my career I used to do 30 to 40 daily. Little did I know that was holding my strength back. I was told but never listened
This week:
cardio session 1 - 10 min intervals on elliptical
cardio session 2 - 10 min intervals on recumbent bike
cardio session 3 - 10 min intervals on rower
To all those who told me over the years....you were right.
