Interval program for the day: 8 times thru with little to no rest

  • 200m row
  • 1min stepmill
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 50 bicycle crunches

Took me 39 minutes to complete. Loved every minute. Yes it did induce vomiting. Perfect!
