Ok, first day back and I am a walking train wreck the day after. I have not done bodybuilding style training in upwards of 6 months, NBS Owner and Team EliteFTS team mate David Allen asked me to be his training partner (well hell yes, I am not going to turn that down) which brings a different dynamic to any style of training. Since David is the one who designed this style of program I have a strict eye on me making sure I push the envelope to reach my goal of putting on more size in this weight class to be more competitive.

The morning after this training session I woke up and my biceps felt as though they were going to rip.  My lats were already contracted and I got out of bed with Imaginary Lat Syndrome (ILS)
