2 Weeks Out from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

Saturday I was at Purdue University with some of my fitness staff for MidWest FitFest, a conference for fitness and wellness staff. Purdue's rec facility is incredibly nice, and I did my Circa Max Squat deload in between conference sessions. The racks were too narrow for me to use my normal squat stance, but it still went pretty well. My goal was to pull my easy deadlift opener as well, but I don't know happened. I started warming up and my original goal was to open with 585 (600 is usually a fast/easy deadlift for me), and I missed it and had zero ability to lock out once it got past my knees. I figured my strength would be off with all the traveling and stress but I shouldn't be missing that light of a pull. I just tried to shrug it off, this week I'll probably pull one more time with a lighter opener (and just open really light at 550) to end on a good note. 

A. Standing Ab Pull-Downs - 3x15

B. Box Squat vs Average Bands - 5x2 w/ 405+bands

C. Deadlift - Singles up to 500 then 585 fail.

..Had to run back to conference sessions from there.
