*4 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today was my peak week of Circa Max tension for Squats. I worked up to 335lbs + 3 Average Bands per side for 5 doubles (comes to around my opening squat weight at the top of the movement). The first set or two I was a little unstable and didn't set my back hard enough, but as the sets went on thing moved faster and my technique improved. All that band tension was definitely no joke! Closing in on the last few weeks of training till meet time.

Notes for Improvement: Keep lats tight and hold arch, drive head up first off box.

Last Week's Training: Circa Max Squats Week 1 (305 + 2 Average Bands & Light Band per side)

Next Week's Training: Circa Max Deload (335 + 1 Average Band per side)

A. Standing Ab Pull-Down Warm-Up - 4x15

B. Circa Max Squats - 5x2 w/ 335 + 3 Average Bands per side

C. Speed Pulls vs Average + Light Bands - 6x1 w/ 275+bands

D. Pit Shark Hip Belt Squat - 3x12 w/ 6 plates

E. Reverse Hypers (strict) - 3x15

F. Standing Ab Pull-Downs (Heavy) - 3x10
