Post training picture. For the past year I've been struggling to keep within my normal weight range. Moving and traveling constantly had taken a toll on my body. I was able to handle the stress but my body couldn't. It was going through changes and I didn't know how to adapt. I lost almost 10lbs weighing 147 (heaviest I've been) and I'm happy to say I'm back to my 136-138 weight range. Weight cut won't be an issue this time around and I'm glad to have a consistent regimen back. I don't care about the scale, health and performance do come first, but competing  at 132 is where I'm most comfortable and most confident at.

Thankful that my my job believes in work/balance life and it's also an active job. I mainly work community for Lululemons sister store, Ivivva. I go to new studios, try out new classes; connect and get involved with the community. Not to mention, I'm getting pretty serious about yoga. It's a new challenge that I grew to love, and doing things with my body I didn't know it could do.  Its empowering.
