Got with my buddy the EliteFTS SS Yoke bar today and we were joined by some accommodative resistance by means of chains for some fun! The first week back in the gym is always exciting during the session and awful the next few days, that was definitely the case here. My main movement was followed by an all out attack on the quads with stuff like multiple sets of 20 on the leg press followed by leg extensions and Bulgarian split squats. My new coach and EliteFTS communist, Maliek is either trying to take me out of powerlifting or making me bullet proof!
