Ive had an upper body pump before.... but gosh dang this session was absolutely brutal. I have not had to drop down into he 5-10lb range in a long time for exercises until today. I am one who is not a fan of volume and this programming is destroying me, I do think this will aid me in my growth and progression as a competitive powerlifter. We are always told to do what we suck so, that is what I am doing.
