Its time to work my legs another way due to my old rickety knees.

Sled training will be done 1 - 2 times a weeks.

1 plate quarter of a mile

2 plates quarter of a mile

3 plates 4 trips 10 yards each

1 plate lateral steps 2 trips 20 yards each

Staying focused on what I can do verses what I can no longer do.  Its only temporary.
