HA, imagine you want to do some home improvements, take your car's engine apart, or let's go more drastic and fly a plane but you do not know how to do any of those things well. Now imagine you implement all these things you are not so good at all in one training session and you have today's ME work. This combination was one of the weirdest feeling presses I've done in a LOOONG time. I have a tendency to rely heavily on my back (lats) during bench pressing movements so that instantly was not something I could fall back on here. You will notice on my top set that my first rep was all over the place, I like to make this movement MORE difficult for myself by pressing in 100 different directions BEFORE I figure out how to "press back". If you listen close enough in the video you can hear Julia yelling it at me. Enjoy the wobble arms and the sloooowwww third rep that got pulled into the rack.
