APF State meet December 19

We have decided to pick a meet before years end and see what happens. Here are the variables at play, we need to be better than we were so we are going get me into a position where I can cut or perform really well at 198 and "be better than before". I just want to have a better total than what I just hit at my last meet, I do not want to set a ridiculous standard if I am able to set the same total at a lighter weight class that is still progress and one step closer to my ultimate goal of a 10x bodyweight total.
I want to run "Conjuphasic" through in its entirety, with de-loads this time, as last time Julia and I ran it we both got injured and I barely made it through the meet. Weak area's for me will be quad's for squat and deadlift, proper bracing while deadlifting conventional which I am undecided if I'll even due since that is when my spine shifts the most, and all the triceps with butt staying down for bench. To top all these off my mental approach to this meet needs to follow suit with what I did AT my last meet but needs to be implemented for the 2 days prior to keep the anxiety lower.
