So continuing with things that I hate and applying them to Max Effort Days I decided to see how bad I could destroy everyone's quads. I'm not talking about that bodybuilder pump pain, I'm talking about that DEEP throb that makes you think those things will not work. Let me tell you something, this s**t worked. This variation had me sore for 2 days and made my legs not only DEEP sore but like a tired feeling days after. Disclaimer *Contrast showers were used in the process of this recovery*

*Drop Weight 30% then 3x5 with 5 second negative
*SSB Good-morning to Squat 3x10:
*Single Leg DB RDL’s 3x15:
*Reverse Hypers 3x15: 6 plates
*Walking DB carries 3 trips - 90
