Left the gym to do Yoga. I'm fortunate enough that my job covers (up to $50 dollars a week) any type of class I want to try out. I've been doing hot yoga twice a week and it has helped so much with recovery. I'm planning on doing boxing every other week or so, and I finally gave in to do a Crossfit class. I realized that by word of mouth and just watching videos that I had an 'opinion' about Crossfit. It only makes sense to try something and then make up my mind about it. I'll keep you posted!
