5 min warm up

Box jumps 5 x 1 - these always help with warming up my hips. I've also done the SSB with light weight for singles as a super set (stolen from jailhouse)

Conventional deads: 135, 185, 225

Working sets: 275lbs 3 x 3 for 5 sec eccentric

  • Chair deadlifts 3 x 3 with 135lbs (always remember to keep these light)
  • GHR x weighted back extensions 3 x 10/10
  • RDL's with fat bells 3 x 12
  • Leg curls 3 x 10
  • band abductions 2 x failure
