well not really.
The hotel has a small gym wih some dbs and a glorified universal machine.
I did a recovery workout as I was bored(wife is in a conference each day from 9-5).
Db sl Dl 2 sets of 15 with 10s
gooblet squat with 15lb db
2 sets of 15
lying leg raise
2 sets of 15
treadmill
15 minutes at 3.0 speed
stretch and foam roll to finish it up
done.
I slept in until 1130 today. It was amazing.
