Disclaimer: EliteFTS Team member David Allen writes all of my programming, The exercises listed in these posts' are designed for me based on my needs as an athlete.

So what is one to do running solo on a pretty difficult hypertrophy program? That is correct, talk shit to roughly all the other 18ish members of your facilities powerlifting team until one of them decides they want to try and  train with you. There is a slight problem though, I have adopted the mentality that when I have a new training partner it is my soul purpose to destroy them. This mentality does complement my need for a training partner very well, they usually do not stay long....

Aaron was the target today and I did my job, the next day I was told, "you cannot do that to me again, I could not walk down stairs at work and they will send me home for that shit". I will be more conscious about how I load my new training partner from here on out but, the first session was totally worth it getting that response.
