Disclaimer: EliteFTS Team member David Allen writes all of my programming, The exercises listed in these posts' are designed for me based on my needs as an athlete.

The intensity in the gym during training this Friday was higher as the powerlifting team was taking their last  heavy deads before the meet. NBS Fitness will be hosting its first RPS sanctioned meet April 30th and the majority of the staff is competing (I get to give them all red lights). I usually train better with a intense atmosphere but today was just kind of blah, I have been struggling to get into my training and be driven the last several weeks. Still think my balance is off and where I am focusing most of my energy.

I am coming up on my deadline of when I need to choose my next meet, I am still not in the right mindset to be geared towards training for one right now with our new building being opened and potential avenue's of coaching that are presenting themselves. You can be sure I will keep everyone posted.
